Air Force Plant 6 Remediation Assistance Program
PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT-For the Period Ending: April 28, 2008
PROGRESS DURING QUARTER
- Offsite remediation-Ongoing tracer study at B4 area. Tracer detected in several downgradient wells
- Database management
- QW data-Steve Lawrence has taken lead entering all USGS analyses into USGS QWDATA database. Has completed "routine" network samples, and will begin entry of packer samples next.
- Geophysical database-Lester Williams has developed WEB interface for access of project data. Need to resolve database security issues and have review completed.
- Aquifer test data-Working on entering approved slug test data into GWSI.
Packer tests have been re-analyzed by Elliott Jones and submitted for review.
- WL data-QA/QC and entry of data for 8 wells. Data is being prepared for download to USGS ADAPs database. Jaime Painter has worked with Lester Williams to reformat well data for ADAPS entry. Data still needs to be corrected in ADAPS.
- Continued development of project web page. This will serve as a repository for geophysical, qw, and water-level data, and for published reports.
- Letter report to ASC describing all databases and data availability-Pending completion of other tasks.
- Monitoring well construction
- All retrofits completed with the exception of RW203-tentative plans are to complete RW203 before end of fiscal year.
