PHYSICAL SETTING
The physical setting of the ACF River basin includes its location,
physiography, soils, climate, surface- and ground-water hydrology, and
its natural water quality. These physical factors provide the natural
template that influences the basin's biological habitats and
diversity, and the way in which humans use the basin's land and water
resources.
